Makeup Appt Policies


All appointments require a non-refundable deposit of either $20 or $50 (depending on service). Deposits are deducted from your final balance. The remaining balance will be due the day of service (no exceptions). Rescheduled appointments must be made 24-hrs prior to your scheduled appointment and are based on availability. The appointment can be rescheduled once after your scheduled appointment. Deposits can be held up to 30 days from your scheduled appointment. After 30 days, re-booking is required.  No call/no shows are non-refundable and will be forfeited. 



Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the client’s reserved date or the client will be responsible for paying the full amount of services agreed upon in this contract. Deposit is non-refundable. Re-booking is required.


A late fee of $15.00 will be charged for every 15 minutes of delay when a client is late for the scheduled time, or if the scheduled makeup application exceeds the allotted time due to client delays.


When booking an appointment before 9:00 am, a $25 fee will be charged. Appointments before 7:00 am will result in a $40 fee. This fee will be included in your final balance.


For on-site glam (me traveling to you), there is a $25 travel fee for the Austin area only. Areas outside of the Austin perimeter (over 30 miles) will result in an additional $25 traveling fee.
