Are you Cruelty Free & Vegan?

Yes we are! No animals were harmed or tested on using Bella Galore cosmetics.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

For sanitary purposes there are no returns or refunds .If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please write us so that we may best resolve the issue. In the event you received a damaged/defective item, we will gladly replace it within 30 days of the date of purchase. In addition, once an order has been submitted, we do not honor cancellation requests due to buyer’s remorse. 

My package was marked delivered, but I haven't received it. What shall I do?

Sometimes, USPS marks a package as delivered even though its still in transit. Please give them some time, it's most likely on its way to you. If goods were stolen, a claimed can be filed with the carrier. 

Once orders have left Bella Galore the package is in the care of the postal handler. Customers are required to submit a claim directly with courier and follow their guidelines. USPS recommends waiting 14 days before assuming a package is lost. After 14 days, please call the customer service team of the courier.

My order was stolen, do you provide refunds?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Do you collect sales tax?

State Law requires that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the state of Texas.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. 

Who is responsible for customs & duties?

We are not responsible for customs clearance, delays or compliance. Please check with your local customs office to ensure that your order complies with local customs regulations. 

Shipping charges DO NOT include duties or taxes. By law we are required to disclose the full value of the package contents. Please check with your local customs office for detailed information.

My mail just got returned, what do I do now?

When mail is returned by your shipping courier, a re-ship fee will be invoiced to the customer via email. Once re-ship fee is paid, then order will be re-shipped. 

Order Processing Time Frame & Shipping Time Frame:

At Bella Galore & Co. Inc., our goal is to offer you only the best shipping options, regardless of where you live! Everyday our packages go out to destinations all over the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of security, efficiency and responsiveness to all of our clients at all times.The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the shipping company of your choosing for dispatch within 2-5 business days after the order is placed (weekends and holidays are excluded).
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for our makeup products to be shipped from our address to the destination. Local delivery usually takes up to 1-5 business days, while International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days.
